You can add additional fields not included in your current index on FUSE using House Ads. These were designed to get those outlier links that are hosted outside your main site.
You're also not limited to just one result - you could show several if desired. Finally, these 'ads' can be seasonal. Maybe you only want the 'register for conference' ad to show for five months out of the year.
