We're confident that the FUSE Next algorithm will work well for you out of the box, but that doesn't mean that there's no room for some extra tweaks.
Take our relevance rules, for example. These apply to both your search and your chatbot. Adding synonyms can be helpful when your users always search for one thing that you call another thing.
Some rules apply only to search, and some only to chatbot. Have some questions that come up frequently from users that your content doesn't do a good job of covering? Train your chatbot to answer them better. You can also promote specific listings in your search results.
